O4TC is working with leading academic sites, foundations and research organizations around the world to support secure access to patient information using certified health data exchange standards from clinic, hospital or home.

What Gives You Hope? JOIN the TREE OF HOPE

In further commitment to finding cures, O4TC has launched the 'Voice for Hope' campaign, which provides a charitable contribution to the participant's charity of choice. With this campaign, O4TC also offers the ability for partner sites to provide a matching contribution.

The 'Voice for Hope' offers you the ability to complete an 'Expression of Hope' card either on-site or virtually with your app.

By completing the 'Voice for Hope' card, messages will be added to the 'Tree of Hope' (shown here). O4TC is building patient communities around cancer and disease-site specific diagnoses, as well as provide solutions for connecting patients with relevant clinical trials and foundation resources.
